VASTRA started in 2023 with a simple idea: everyday clothing should carry some of the care that goes into festival wear. We work directly with small weaving units and block-print workshops across India, bringing their fabrics to a wider audience without the usual middlemen markups.

Every piece on this site is chosen by our small team for how it wears, not just how it photographs. We test fabrics for breathability and washability before they ever go on sale, and we keep our catalogue deliberately small so that every listing gets real attention.
