We currently ship to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll let you know at checkout or contact you before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Made-to-order or low-stock items may take slightly longer, and we will inform you if that's the case for your order.
These timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather, local restrictions or festive-season volumes.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount are charged a flat ₹60 shipping fee, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details over email or phone so you can follow its progress.
If a delivery attempt fails because you were unavailable or the address was incorrect, our courier partner will usually attempt redelivery. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
